Delivery time & shipping costs

We can deliver diving materials to you in two ways.

1) You will collect your order personally at our diving center in Zoelen (our contact details are under the -Contact- link at the bottom of this page)

2) Delivery is made via postal delivery. However, there are some items in our catalog (such as cylinders) that cannot be sent by post. When you place such an item in your shopping cart, you will receive a message that you need to collect the entire order (you will then no longer have any other choices in shipping methods).

An order will be delivered no later than 5 working days after receipt of payment, provided that all ordered products are in stock. If the ordered item is not in stock, you will receive a message with the expected delivery time.

You will receive a message by e-mail when the order is offered to you or when you can pick it up.

No orders are processed on Tuesday, our dive center is closed on this day.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of weight and volume of the order, with the exception of COD orders. There is a fixed amount for these orders. Shipping costs are based on the applicable shipping rates plus administration costs. The correct shipping rate will be displayed during the payment procedure.

Track & Trace for shipping within the Netherlands: Is possible if the order is sent as parcel post.

If the order is so low in volume that it can be sent in an envelope, Track & Trace is not possible. The shipping costs have been adjusted accordingly.

Track & Trace for shipping abroad: You can choose to have your order shipped with or without Track & Trace. The height of the shipping costs has been adjusted accordingly.

Payment options

The method of payment depends on the chosen shipping method and to which country it will be sent. Our bank details are stated in the confirmation email that you automatically receive after placing an order.

Pricing

All prices are stated in euros and include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs.

The items in the shopping cart always show the most recent price as stated on the product page of the item in question. This price may differ from the price shown when the item was added to the cart. Prices may have changed in the meantime.

Placing an item in the shopping cart does not entitle to a price guarantee. The prices at the time of placing the order are the binding prices.
